hajk is a provider of equipment and clothes for outdoor activities. The company operates two offline shops in Switzerland, one in Zurich and the other in Bern (hajk Scout & Sport) as well as the “The North Face” brand shop in Zurich. hajk also provides logistics services for Rega-Shop and VCSShop and serves its customers with an online shop.
The hajk web shop is a good example of how to effectively address your target groups without spectacular functions. In the case of hajk it is the sum total of the individual actions that makes up its success. The signature feature of the online shop is the many small details that mesh with one another to create an attractive shopping experience. The e-commerce platform is based on Magento Commerce and is operated on CS2’s hosting cluster.
Armin Brunner is an e-Commerce Consultant at CS2. He studied Business Administration at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University Loerrach (DHBW) in Germany and has several years’ experience in complex software and internet projects. The focus of his work lies with e-commerce solutions using Magento Commerce. He also advises CS2 clients in the specialist fields of search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimisation (SEO), social media marketing and affiliate marketing. Armin Brunner lives in Weil am Rhein, is married and has one child.
