Since online marketing, CRM, product handling and e-commerce are increasingly converging, practically every e-commerce project requires interfaces to peripheral systems.
Basic product and article data are periodically fed in by the ERP system in order to make information such as prices and availability accessible to online customers. Orders from online shops are relayed back into the ERP system. This reduces possible sources of errors and manual effort.
Frequently, marketing data already exists in so-called Product Information Management Systems (PIMS). Linking these systems reduces the efforts for maintenance of product information on the e-commerce platform.
We develop appropriate interfaces to enable client data to be sourced from and entered in the CRM system. Transactional data (e.g. which user has visited which offerings) is also transmitted to the CRM system so that its full potential can be exploited. The sales department thus has more information and can better customise the offerings to potential customers.
