Felix Burri received his bachelor in business information from the HSLU and added a Master in CRM in 2009 from ZHW. He has worked as business engineer and process analyst, CRM Trainer and project manager in various positions at Swisscom. At CS2 he is active as a Consultant and Project Manager for CRM.
